The name of our restaurant, "Kita no Ichiban," comes from the idea of serving the "tastiest food in Tohoku."We source ingredients from all over Tohoku, such as mackerel, flounder, octopus, surf clams, rock mozuku seaweed, and bean sprouts from Owani Onsen from Aomori, Sanseki water parsley, smoked daikon radish, and Inaniwa udon from Akita, and ascidians, oysters, swordfish, Sankaku Teigi deep-fried tofu, and Hachiya gyoza from our hometown of Miyagi, to provide you with the seasonal flavors of the region!
